Our Guarantee & Return Policy We have one motto at WesternCowboyDecor.com---"Make sure that everyone knows they can trust us." We accomplish it by helping our visitors and customers find what they want. We also do that by giving good service and making sure our customers are satisfied with that service even if it costs us a little money.
We guarantee your satisfaction with the products you order from us. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, return it within 30 days from the day it is delivered to you for an exchange or refund. Your only risk is the shipping cost you pay. Non-stock special order items are not returnable. These items, available under special order only, have very low demand and we cannot resell them easily. As a result, we do not take returns on special order items. We stock most of the options available from our manufacturers in the designs we carry. For those few items which we do not stock, we allow for a way that you can order them through our special order program. If you are concerned about the color or design, please order an item that we do stock so that you can see the texture, color and design in person. You will then be able to return that item for any reason. If you have ever had to drive to a large department store and stand in the return line for 20-30 minutes, you will quickly realize this is a small price to pay to check something out. Plus, your cost on our website is already significantly lower than the prices in the store. Return Policy All we ask is that you : - Carefully unpack and inspect your order without damaging any manufacturer's packaging. Do not throw out any packaging until you are 100% satisfied with your order. The product must be in original condition so that we can repackage the item and sell it to another customer. If the product is found to be defective after use, we will replace that product with a non-defective product at no cost to you.
- If you have followed these steps and are not satisfied with your order, email us at or call us toll free at 1-800-796-1998 for a return authorization number to include with your return. Write the return number on the outside of the box, just above the address.
- No credits can be given without a return authorization.
- Return it within 30 days of delivery - shipping pre-paid. On small packages U.S. Mail is usually cheaper and on large packages UPS usually has a lower cost.
- Return the item in the original shipping material. If you receive several items in a large container, please email or call us for instructions on packaging to ensure that it arrives back to us in its original condition. Please take extra care with fragile items.
- We require that return products be in the manufacturer's packaging (if applicable). All merchandise must not have been used, washed or damaged in any way. OPENED PACKAGES OF SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, AND ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN USED OR WASHED CANNOT BE RETURNED. Please include with your return a copy of your original invoice and a brief explanation for the return. You may want to insure your returned package for purchase value.
- All refunds will be made to the credit card that was used for purchasing.
- <If you should ever receive damaged items caused by the shipping company, immediately notify the delivery person at the time of delivery or call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to notify them of the damage. That way we can make a claim against them for the damage and get another piece shipped out to you right away. Our desire is for you to be able to complete your home decorating as quickly as possible.
